Shipping Policy

Service Area: Jude's Party Haven offers delivery services exclusively within St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship or deliver to other islands or locations outside of St. Thomas.

Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all rental deliveries. Orders placed less than 48 hours before the event date may be subject to availability and a rush delivery fee.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items upon request, based on inventory and time of order. Additional fees will apply.

Delivery Fees:

Standard Delivery: A flat fee of $25 is applied to all orders within St. Thomas.
Rush Delivery: For orders placed within 48 hours of the event, an additional rush fee of $15 will be added to the standard delivery fee.

Delivery Process:

Our team will contact you to confirm your delivery window 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
We require someone to be present at the delivery location to receive the items and sign off on the delivery checklist. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Pick-Up Policy:

Pick-up of rental items will be scheduled at the time of delivery. Standard pick-up occurs within 24 hours after your event ends.
If you require an extended rental period, please notify us in advance to check availability and arrange for an adjusted pick-up time.

Damage & Loss:

All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items while in their possession.
In case of damaged or missing items, charges for repair or replacement will be applied.

Weather Policy:

In the event of severe weather conditions, we may need to adjust delivery or pick-up times for safety reasons. We will notify you as early as possible of any changes.
